Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flower arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require you to provide photos of the arrangement to assess the issue. If we determine that the flowers were not up to our standards, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Exchanges: If the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, we will happily exchange them for a new arrangement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange or refund.
Substitutions: In the event that a specific flower or color is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent or higher value flower or color.
Delivery issues: If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, or any other issue outside of our control, we will not be held responsible for a refund.
